Where is WebBox located?
Our office is at Office No. 69, Ratan Colony, New Jail Road, Huzur, Bhopal – 462038, Madhya Pradesh. We work with clients across Madhya Pradesh, India and internationally, mostly through remote collaboration with in-person meetings where useful.
What is the relationship between WebBox and Asha WebTech IT Solutions Pvt Ltd?
WebBox Software Solution is a brand of Asha WebTech IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. Contracts and invoices are issued by the parent company.
What services do you offer?
Website design and development, e-commerce, custom software, CRM and ERP, mobile apps, AI and automation, API integration, cloud and DevOps, UI/UX design and ongoing maintenance.
How do you estimate project cost?
After a short discovery call we prepare a written scope with phases and an itemised estimate. For larger projects we recommend a paid discovery phase to reduce uncertainty.
Who owns the code and accounts?
You do. Domains, hosting, app store and cloud accounts should be in your business name, and source code ownership transfers to you on completion of agreed payments.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We offer maintenance and support plans for websites, software and mobile apps, as well as on-demand changes.
Do you guarantee search rankings?
No. We build technically sound, well-structured websites that give you a strong foundation for search, but nobody can honestly guarantee rankings or traffic.
Can you work with clients outside Madhya Pradesh?
Yes. Our portfolio includes projects for clients in other Indian states and in Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada.
About our services
How long does a business website take?
A focused 5–10 page business website usually takes three to six weeks, depending on content readiness and the number of review rounds.
Will I be able to update content myself?
Yes. If you need frequent edits we recommend WordPress or a headless CMS; for rarely changing sites a static build is faster and cheaper to host.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on modules, user roles and integrations. We usually recommend a phased plan so the first useful version is affordable and arrives sooner.
Who owns the source code?
You do, once the agreed payments are complete. This is written into our agreement.
Android first or both platforms?
In India many businesses start with Android because of its user base. With React Native or Flutter, adding iOS later is straightforward.
How much does an app cost?
Cost depends on features, number of apps and integrations. We provide a phased estimate after a scoping call.
Will the bot make things up?
We restrict answers to your content and instruct the bot to hand over when unsure, which greatly reduces errors.
Can it speak Hindi?
Yes, modern models handle Hindi and Hinglish well.
Shopify, WooCommerce or custom: which should I choose?
Shopify suits most brands that want low maintenance. WooCommerce suits businesses already on WordPress. Custom builds make sense for complex pricing, marketplaces or deep integrations.
Can you add a mobile app later?
Yes. We can build Android and iOS apps that share the same product and order data.
